“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. “In between ski season and summer season catering for bus tours and us. Bar and restaurant closed. Electronic check in so no human to ask questions. A little out of town but we enjoyed the walk. Cleaners tried to help with our questions and the breakfast staff apologized for the chaos left by the bus tour. I don’t recall their website mentioning that there would be no check in staff between April and June.”
