Even though we informed them that the weather conditions on the Geilo roads were extremely bad, they did nothing to help us. We were left stranded in the cold, and instead of offering any assistance, they simply ignored us until the reservation time had passed. Then, after the reservation date was over, they contacted me and mockingly said that we “could have come.” That is beyond unacceptable. I……
