Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the place had everything we needed and the hosts were too kind. They even decorated the inside for Christmas, which we loved and made us feel at home. Very clean, great location, incredibly cozy, we will definitely be coming back!

Very nice stay not far from major stores for shopping Nice to see the deer roaming around Only downfall would be the bed a queen or king bed would have been much nicer and comfortable than the fold up Murphy bed

Just a perfect little place!

This is a pool house in a quiet neighborhood but close to groceries and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and respect your privacy. I loved sharing the pool with family I was visiting. Will stay again!

Excellent Stay

This outstanding studio is very comfortable and was convenient for our stay described exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of deer roaming about. Chris and Melissa are perfect hosts. Any requests were granted immediately and communication with them was seamless. This will be our go to spot on all our trips to the Georgetown area. Perfect for a trip to Georgetown but not the best if you want to walk I to town. Great by car.

The hosts are delightful and made sure my little Ms Mia and I were comfortable. Basic, but clean and convenient and I would recommend it for up to 4 people for a short stay. Lovely neighborhood.

Quiet, cozy and clean!

This gem is tucked into a beautiful neighborhood! (Watch out for deer when driving through the neighborhood) The guest house was incredibly clean and cozy. All contact with Christopher was clear, welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

Another perfect stay!

For myself and my 2 kiddos, this was the most convenient space and location. Easy to get to and has connecting roads to avoid the congestion of Georgetown traffic. Clean home with everything we needed and a quiet neighborhood. As was the case during our last stay, our hosts were gracious and accomodating. We are looking forward to staying again in the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard.

Nice Place!

My husband and I stayed at this property while attending the F1 race in Austin. Georgetown is a nice town and this little place (mother-in-law type suite in the backyard)is close to eating places, grocery stores and Wal-Mart. We were not able to enjoy the pool while there because we were gone all day. Everything was nice looking outside and the place was nice inside. It was just what we needed. We also enjoyed the neighborhood deer we saw almost every morning and evening.

Home sweet home

My boyfriend and I along with a 4 legged rascal thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio. We wanted to take a staycation, and this was perfect for us. It is as pictured, feels a little bigger. Chris and his wife Melissa were very accommodating, respectful, and pleasant. If you like to socialize, they're willing and if you like to be left alone they definitely give you your privacy and space. Communication was very quick through the app. Once I arrived they checked me in and showed me a few things I had questions on and let me borrow a few things I forgot. I felt so needy!! But they made me feel comfortable. You can tell they spent time, money and effort to make this studio comfortable for guests. They have nice appliances, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on the hot plates and the toaster oven. Fridge was cold. I felt safe which is rare for me. We enjoyed the pool and I loved sitting on the patio watching my dog and theirs play. We even extended an extra night we loved it so much. Would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.
