“Parfait pour famille et séjour touristique. Hebergement très bien situé proche centre-ville et transport. Revêtement des sols vieillissant mais appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil et communication impeccables (francophone)”

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the……

“There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).”

“Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful.”

“Todo muy bien.”

“First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return”

Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart……

“Really good location, easy check in, two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Overall great for big groups ”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist gut ausgestattet. Meine Familie und ich hatten schöne Tage in Bilbao.”
