Anniversary Weekend
Lovely loft - enjoyed the outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. It was great to have our dog join us! Lorraine was a great host - made us feel very welcome and special. Left us some treats for us and our puppy.

My husband and I went for a relaxing new years. The little home has a lot of character, and a perfect spot with a fire pit and hot tub, along with it being a great dog friendly spot for our pup. The owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and goes above and beyond!

Great stay!
A friend and I came to the Sunshine Coast for a couple of nights and enjoyed our time. The property has everything you need for a pleasant stay (including a hot tub!), is close to restaurants and beaches, and the hosts are super friendly and helpful

2 night stay for my wife and I. The small house is cozy, comfy with eclectic decor. Hot tub was great. The hosts are fantastic as are their 3 pups. Definitely can recommend this property.

Lovely and convenient
Had an amazing time. The space is lovely and so is Lorraine! We were greeted and shown the place when we arrived, we even had some yummy snacks waiting for us;). Lorraine made a point of making some nice suggestions of places for us to visit/see and to check in with us occasionally to know if everything was okay. The location is very convenient, we pretty much walked everywhere:).

Quiet vacation in beautiful Gibsons
My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The cozy VRBO with an amazing outdoor patio was equipped with everything we needed. The mattress was so comfortable! The hot tub was nice to come home to and relax in after a hike or swim day. Lorraine and Casey were available for any suggestions and to make sure we had what we needed. The location was great, in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the marina. We would definitely stay here again! They even left special birthday treats for my husband to make his birthdays extra special.

Nice relaxing stay in Gibsons
The hot tub was great, especially in the cold, and we spent hours in it. The property itself was clean, warm, and was nice inside. We also had a comfy night's sleep, and the only minor issue was the electrics being a bit flaky and requiring you to switch the fuse box.

Perfect weekend getaway
I cannot say enough good things about this little guest house. The location is absolutely beautiful, a 5 minute or less walk to the Public Market. 10 minute walk along the water to the downtown strip with great restaurants and shops. The private courtyard with our own hot tub, bbq and firepit were just perfect. The house itself is so cozy and equipped with everything you need plus extra snacks. We will 100% be back. The host, Lorraine was also so lovely, very welcoming and easy to talk to, there to greet us upon arrival.

What a great stay and great location! Lorraine had a bottle of champagne, charcuterie board, and decorations waiting for us because she knew we were coming to celebrate our honeymoon. It was such a cozy stay and we enjoyed every second. You can't beat the location either, just seconds from the beach and a quick bike ride or walk into town. It was perfect!

Not sure many will see this review as the owners threatened to have it removed if I gave them a bad rating… * no covid protocols in place - entered suite unmasked * suite is dirty and cluttered - mold and spiders in shower * bed is up a steep ladder which would have been difficult due to recent knee surgery - they offered to set up a new bed and bring down all the linens instead they blew up an air mattress and picked some sheets and pillows off the floor * owner apparently in pain took drugs and went to bed without communicating my needs to partner * wouldn’t trust cleanliness of hot tub given the condition of the suite * pet friendly yes, but don’t want their dogs in the suite which they were * terrible smell of cheap air freshener - couldn’t breathe, my eyes were swollen These people have been dropped from other sites, they should not be in the hospitality biz. I was uncomfortable the minute I arrived with comments about my type of car, purse and jewelry. I spent a sleepless night on an uncomfortable love seat and left - there was so much wrong I wanted out. Sent an email requesting a refund for the balance of my stay, took a 2nd msg and 24 hours for a nasty reply saying they would have my review removed if I gave them a 1 star and no way would they refund. This is actually a zero star - don’t stay in this dirty place!

A good location. Helpful host. If one has mobility issues probably not the place to stay as the sleeping area is a loft bedroom and need to climb very steep stairs. If weather is good it has a lovely porch with hot tub,barbecue, and fire pit.

Centrally located & pet-friendly place in Gibsons
We had our own patio, easy parking, friendly host (and their cute dogs!), and conveniently located near the beach and town. This is a great option in Gibson and the Sunshine Coast. The added bonus is they do allow for smaller dogs to stay as guests. I would only add that people should be aware that you have to climb short ladder-style stairs to reach the bed in a loft. It does show that in the pictures, but it may not be an option for some people.

A cozy getaway for our family and boston terrier
We found this spot when searching for pet-friendly places to stay on the sunshine coast. This place is more than pet-friendly. It's such a welcoming spot that feels like home. All the big and little touches are taken care of: ample towels and robes for the hot tub, food and water dish for the dog, piles of snacks and treats for the teen. Cozy loft for sleeping. Walking distance to everything. Thank you to hosts Lorraine and Casey.

Enjoyable getaway
This place has a fantastic location, walking distance to marina, restaurants and other points of interest. A couple of nice little beaches just around the corner. The ‘casita’ was very well equipped with everything you need and then some. The host Lorraine was friendly and chill. Very welcoming to our dog as she has 3 little poodles. The only slight negative is that there was a lot of stuff in there. Decor overload! But a cool place for a couple of days!
