The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself, including the room, was dirty and unkept. I stayed three nights and there was no housekeeping for the room. The room and the hallway had a bad smell; the stairway you had to walk through to get to the hallway smelled hideous.
I was in town for the dog shows and the hotel was very accommodating for me in this way. They have a limit of two dogs and allowed me to keep all four in the room which I appreciated very much.
Everything just needed some major deep cleaning and updating.

The apartment was fine except there were no instructions how to operate otherwise high quality appliances. The biggest drawback though was the complete lack of staff willing to assist with check in and advice, only a phone number to call which was tricky with a non-American phone. Expedia did not supply the codes to enter the building or to enter the apartment. One staff member was at the desk when I left but she said she was only responsible for the long-term residents and could not help me. But for the price it was otherwise a reasonable deal. Outlets where to buy food were not indicated. The closest I could find was about a 10 minute walk away. More customer support definitely needed I think

I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am.
If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10
