"The hotel is in pretty bad condition. We only stayed for 5 hours to rest, only if you need a few hours not to stay for days. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. "

"Complimentary upgrade to the Pyramid Tower - lovely, very clean room with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Easy sightseeing in the area with tons of restaurants and Oxxos around every corner. Late night room service available at reasonable prices. Only issue was noise due to the seemingly thin walls - could hear hallway conversations easily and if you have loud neighbors with crying children could put a damper on your morning sleep-in, so bring earplugs. But this is a tiny blip in an otherwise amazing stay."
"The rooms are modern and the beds super extra comfortable. The staff was sooo extremely helpful!! They help us solve all our needs in terms of comfort and transportation. They are very friendly.
The location couldn’t be better, we needed to spend the night and leave the next day for a little town in Mexico. It was perfect! Thanks to all the staff that helped us out with a nice smile on their face!!"
