The property was very central and Roger was very attentive with our needs.

There are nights that the place is noisy. Until 2 in the morning, some people were having a party above our suite.
Good because close to Terminal del Norte. Internet in public areas is OK but poor in bedrooms. A nice addition would be tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms
Excellent customer service one of the days breakfast was very slow and appeared short staffed they always needed creamer for coffee throughout the day when asked if I could have some they said they had ran out
