"Ten minutes from Condom, a maison du maitre on a hill, with five or so nice chambres. The attached pressoir is a great resto, cuisine Gascogne and a fine cave. The decor would please my wife and the table pleases me. There is a pool and garden to relax. Great Gers address!"

"First day, we had difficulties finding the place, when we found, it was not looking the same as on this picture, it is an old house fully covered by green. There was no host, nobody from the guests spoke english."

"A quiet spring night in area of Armagnac, beautiful countryside with fields and trees. This B&B is beautiful, clean and tasteful renovation of traditional stone buildings with comfortable new furnishings and fast WiFi. The owners are wonderful! Friendly and accommodating. "I booked on behalf of my two sister-in-laws. 2 other couples, who I know were also in the Villa. They all thought the Villa was superb, the owners were very accommodating and could not do enough to make their stay the best ever. I met the owners and they went above and beyond to help my husband and I find accommodation when we left the area to continue our holiday. Many thanks to them."

"L'accueil de Sonia est super sympa, très à l'écoute. Dommage qu'elle va quitter ce lieu magnifique. Je recommande de la suivre à 25km de là à partir de septembre. L'attitude du propriétaire ne voulant faire aucun investissement de mise en conformité est préjudiciable au bon fonctionnement du site. Merci à Sonia et bon vent."

"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."
