Came asked what I needed I told her to check in. She asked my name handed me room keys that was it. The pool wasn't open which is why I booked there so my daughter could swim and play before her surgery the next day. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud screeching noise that you couldn't turn off because it came on with the light. The curtains in the room were ripped and when you sat on the bed it sounded like a metal box popping.
