No Wake Cove House with Private Dock 3 bed/2 bath

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a no wake sub-cove off the Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks. The place is located in the Gravois Arm and is the absolute best location on the lake. The house features a private dock with a boat slip and a couple of jet ski lifts for you to use. There is a seating area on the dock complete with a patio set, swim ladder and incredible area to swim in the lake. The cove is super calm and no wake where the house is. The house also has a screened in porch that looks out to the lake. This house is on the water and is a great place to enjoy the lake. The living room has a nice sectional and 55" tv. The house has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes/utensils. There is also a washer and dryer. There is a propane grill on the outside patio. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. One of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed plus a full size bed. So, the house has a total of 3 queen size beds and 1 full size bed. One of the three bedrooms has a tv. High speed fiber optic internet. The house also has a covered car port and plenty of room. This house is ideal for your vacation.

Relaxing.
This lake home felt like a lake home. Great views. Plenty of seating and tables outside. Very homey. Slept good and I owner was very nice. I communicated with her several times and got a response very quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was the driveway (on a hill) and the steps to the dock. But I will stay there again. It was so peaceful

Great fishing vacation home
The property space for our family of 6 was good. Property has a lot of space and great fishing. The cove was pretty deep for my kids but we loved the experience. Has keuerig and coffee machine. We had to pay $3.50 per Garbage bag at the nearby gas station since this property didn't provide this with the cleaning service. Parking was not as bad with our awd suv. Thank you for allowing our family to stay.

The unit smelled old and musty, the grass was so overgrown on the steps going to the dock my husband was unable to use his crutches . The thermostat was set downstairs and the bedrooms were upstairs, it was extremely hot at night and difficult to sleep. The propane tank was leaking, unable to use the gas grill.

Perfect Relationship Location
Property was perfect for our needs. We have friends that live with in walking distance and the boat slip for our pontoon fit like a glove. If your looking for a quite cove on the southwest part of the lake, close to Lake Burger and 10 mins from Jolly Rogers this is your place. Coconut’s is maybe 20mins so there things to go see and coves to hangout in if you have a boat. The property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with Thank you Jane 👍

Great location
Location was great for what we wanted. Nice and quiet, and enjoyed a firework show on the dock our last night! Property could use some updating, weird smell, possibly from too many scented cleaners? Listing should include if tap water is safe to drink, we ended up only using bottled water, as the water was very cloudy. We loved having the dock for swimming and the boys caught a lot of fish off the dock!

Simple and cozy stay!
The house was perfect for our annual lake trip and it didn’t disappoint! Owners responded right away with any questions and the house had everything we needed! Remember if you are bringing a bigger group to pack an extra roll of toilet paper just in case, and try and carpool! Like any other lake house the parking for the house allowed about 4-5 cars as we brought two trucks! The no wake cove was perfect and peaceful too!

Cute place right on the water
Water access was nice, house was cute and mostly clean. Neighbors are extremely close, road is gravel, and most major attractions are 30 mins away across a toll bridge both ways. Property owner was friendly when contacted, and most needed amenities (kitchen utensils, bath towels, etc) were supplied. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the place, could use some updating though.

Excellent Property & Location
Been to the Ozarks many times, but never on the Gravois Arm. This house was in an excellent location by land from the Kansas City side, and by boat. We brought our 19' boat and the dock was perfect at the end of the no-wake cove. Plenty of options for bars & restauraunts nearby both on land & water, and the golf course nearby, Indian Rock, was also awesome! Would definitely stay again for another family vacation.

Great home!
We stayed at this home for a week and had a great time! All three bedrooms are on the main floor when you walk into the front door. They all have comfortable queen beds and one room also has a full/twin. The mattresses were very comfortable, which is hard to find in rentals! There is also a full bath on this floor. It does get a bit hot at night upstairs but every room has a ceiling fan. Downstairs is the family room, kitchen, and another full bath. It also has a tub, which was great for our 1 year old. There is a screened in porch off the kitchen with a table and 4 chairs, then a large deck with two tables and about 4 chairs each. There is an electric grill (yes, you plug it in), but it worked well, just cooks a bit slower than propane. The stairs down to the dock are a bit steep but nothing bad compared to most other lake homes! The dock was in good shape, had a sitting area, and a ladder to swim off the dock. There are two slips and we were able to use one for our pontoon rental. If you’re interested in a boat, I suggest looking into Lake Burger or Franky and Louie’s, both are super close. The water is about 10 feet deep off the dock and the cove was well protected! The neighbors were all kind and the owners even allowed our dog without issue. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again, the home was perfect, and Jane was super easy going and easy to communicate with.

Life is better at the Lake
We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 5 nights on Memorial Weekend. The cove was calm the entire time, even with the holiday boat traffic. It rained a few days so we took that time to enjoy the screened in porch playing cards with our kiddos. They fished their hearts out and caught multiple bass, crappie, catfish, etc. We enjoyed mornings drinking coffee on the dock. The nights were spent on the dock, patio and screened in porch. We were able to cook our meals at the house with everything provided. The kids woke up every morning and hit the lake first thing. Rain or shine. It was nice that we were comfortable enough with the cove that they had quite a bit of an area to swim and play water games. With the house lay out, it was easier to carry our groceries outside on the walkway through the back sliding door. The sleeping area was upstairs with 3 bedrooms. With 2 beds in one room, and one bed each in the remaining 2 rooms. Plenty of pillows and blankets provided. The upstairs bathroom was perfect for getting ready and showering. However, we did bring our own throws to cuddle up with at the end of the day. The downstairs bathroom was used for swim wear. We did laundry throughout our stay and the washer and dryer is in a back room which was nice so the noise didn’t drown out what was going on in the house. Bring your own drinking and cooking water as the water at the lake is not recommended to drink or use. The entertainment area downstairs was large enough that we could all be inside at one time and not right on top of one another. We had 8 people in our group. Age range from 10-40. The house isn’t far from town for quick trips to the station or grocery stores. The closest Wal Mart was in Versailles which was about a 27 minute commute. The station to drop your trash was about 10 minutes from the house. We made multiple trips to stay on top of disposing of the trash bags we had. So much wildlife visited us during our stay. Deer were plentiful, an armadillo, cranes and purple Martins were all over. Ducks with ducklings and geese a plenty. Such a nice relaxing stay to get away from your busy life. They provided toilet paper and paper towels which was nice. They also read reviews as there was a grill brush and a knife block provided, as well as a sharp cutting knife, which was perfect for cutting potatoes. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a long weekend here at the end of September. We were on the water most of the time but when we were "home" we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels for us. It was great to spend the evenings sitting on the dock and fall asleep listening to the frogs and critters! Jane was quick to answer my messages and had great suggestions. The ad talked about a fire pit but we didn't find one, and my hubby was disappointed about the missing charcoal grill.

Everything was just as it was described.
When you walk into the front door you are on the upper level with the 3 bedrooms and a full bath. It was nice to be able to drop all our luggage off without taking it up stairs. You head down to the lower level and there is a large couch, a dining room table, a kitchen, laundry room, and the second full bath. It was not huge, but it was perfect for what we needed. The screened in porch area was great for coffee in the morning, and the full back porch was nice for grilling and enjoying the lake view. Only about 15 -20 steps down from the porch and you are at the lake! The dock was nice, had plenty of room for fishing and a sturdy ladder into the water for swimming. There only thing I felt the property was lacking was a grill brush, but the grill grate and drip pan easily come off, and washed up well in the sink. They were also no checkout instructions minus taking the trash. Most VRBOs I have rented want you to strip the bed or throw the towels in the laundry. I hope we didn't miss anything. Overallll a great experience, and we will be back!!!

The property was just as presented in pictures. Jane was very pleasant and accommodating. She responded quickly to text messages. We met a cove neighbor and had a good time. The cove was very quiet with little activity. No worries about floating off the dock.

Gravois mill lake house
The home was beautifully situated on the Gravois Mill arm of th he lake , our cove was very peaceful. The dock was real nice as we had a pontoon boat . The house itself had just about anything you needed it was quite nice . Only negative about the house is the bedrooms get hot at night ( they are upstairs) . However as we were checking out the owner was there to clean and we told her maybe some oscillating fans would help . She was happy to hear the feedback as she was installing a gas grill that day . This was our first VRBO rental and I was a great experience. As a matter of fact I would rent this same property again . Jane was always available for any questions. And was quick in returning our deposit .
