We had a family suite, which was massive, and very nice. A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful stuff. Just a shame we didn't stay longer, we really liked Graz

Room was clean and it's a convenient place to stay if breaking up a journey. However we booked it because we wanted a kitchenette and would have expected enough crockery for the two of us but only had one dinner plate so my husband had to eat his food out of the saucepan!
