Large, beautifully updated townhome close to UNC and NCMC.

The Serene Sanctuary Townhome is located across the street from the bird sanctuary. Even though you're in the middle of town, you can find nature walking paths right out the front door. The street is very quiet and within walking distance of Northern Colorado Medical Center and UNC. Take a shortcut through the bird sanctuary and land at beautiful Glemere Park. This townhome is newly remodeled, spacious, welcoming, and stylish.
