Very clean efficiency unit was original summer porch off kitchen I expect. Drafty but not too bad. Shower could use another curtain. Only a flimsy liner too short. No T P and only one coffee pod. No tea. Minimal effort and trip to close Walmart solves. Cheapest I found so. "
