Stayed in a King room. The room was good but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door wont shut (a bit too big for the frame), the bathtub won't drain. Long list of frustrations. Also, I had to call twice at a gap of about 30 mins for some extra towels, but none came. The breakfast was bland and limited. Bad experience overall, except for the firm bed, which I loved

Villa was nice, well stocked and very clean. The trail going up to it needs more lighting, coming in after dark was an adventure. Very quiet.

Gorgeous king room with kitchenette. Modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. Great view from the 9th floor. Good location. Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. Our room was very hot and unable to regulate the temperature over the two nights we were there. We had maintenance try and fix it but we just kept the door open for a bit to get some cooler hallway air.

Room was not serviced, I had requested for the body lotion to be refilled as well as the body wash in the shower, both were not done I could not request a late check out the night before i was told that it could only be done the next morning, that to me is very inconvenient

Staff was wonderful!
