“Check-in was at 3 PM and I was unable to reach the host until 11 PM that night to gain access to the property. They never sent anything in advance. It was the most miserable experience I have ever had.”

“This property is owned by the same group where I had an excellent experience last year. This year, however, missed the mark and I was utterly disappointed. First, it lacked timely communication for my check in. Once I was in after making a lengthy phone call to VRBO to get a hold of the host, I was greeted by the smell of stale pizza most likely due to the pizza shop across the street as a window had been left cracked open. The bathroom smelled freshly used of a bowel movement even though……

“The property was well suited to the five of us. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Parking two cars in the garage was a bit tight. The room with the king bed is up two flights of stairs (plus the flight from the entrance to the main floor). It was a nice surprise to see a piano in the living room. Communication was great and the location very convenient. We’d certainly stay here again.”
