Maritime boutique vacation apartment AM YACHTHAFEN

Switch off in this beautiful maritime furnished holiday apartment right on the marina in the immediate vicinity of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. Enjoy the view from the living room or the kitchen directly onto the harbor and the Ryck. From Easter, the first sailing and motor yachts are launched. Then sit on the sheltered balcony as if on the bridge and watch the hustle and bustle over a coffee or a cool drink.
The surroundings invite you for a walk to the center or the museum harbor. By bike you will reach along the Ryck on well-laid paths to the ruins of Eldena, the primeval cell of the Hanseatic city. There you can relax on the Eldenaer beach or stroll through the beautiful fishing village Wieck with its old thatched fisherman's houses. Treat yourself to a fresh fish sandwich at 'Gurke' or return to one of the numerous restaurants.

Wonderful apartment
This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. You can walk to Greifswald centre in 10 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, Eldena is just outside town and the longer Lubmin beach is only 15 km away. There are always a lot of people having a picknick or a just a having a beer down by the river Ryck about 5 minutes from the flat by foot. I recommend you join the locals there on a warm evening.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung mit kleinen Macken
Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Yachthafen ist super, sofort stellt sich ein Urlaubsgefühl ein! Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön, ausreichend groß mit nettem Balkon zum Hafen. Einzig die Dusche war wenig ansprechend, die Duschwand hat nicht funktioniert, man musste über die Wanne in die Dusche steigen, Duschschlauch viel zu kurz. Und für mich waren die Betten nicht bequem (Oberbett viel zu warm), aber das ist natürlich immer Geschmacksache. Die Küche war mir persönlich nicht sauber genug und insgesamt auch eher sparsam ausgestattet (keine Eierbecher :-)). Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einer grundsätzlich schönen Wohnung mit kleinen Macken.

Kurze Auszeit in Greifswald
Dies ist unser zweiter Besuch in Greifswald und wir haben ihn genauso genossen wie unseren ersten Urlaub. Die komfortable Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Lage am Yachthafen und bietet alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Das schöne Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Lubmin und andere hübsche Städte sind nicht weit entfernt und einen Besuch wert.

Beste Lage, gemütliche Wohnung
Die Wohnung besticht durch die himmlische Lage direkt am Yachthafen. Vom Balkon aus und auch von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer kann man die Segelboote betrachten. Bei schlechtem Wetter lässt es sich in der Wohnung gut aushalten, da man viele Gesellschaftsspiele und mehrere Regale voller Bücher vorfindet. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es, weil der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer steht. Wer mit kleinem Kind anreist, das meist vor den Eltern im Bett verschwindet, hat keine Möglichkeit, fernzusehen. Die Altstadt ist in 10-15min fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es mehrere Bars und ein tolles Restaurant. Auch zum Tierpark kommt man bequem zu Fuß. Unser Aufenthalt in Greifswald, in der Wohnung hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Wir wären gern länger geblieben.

Direkter Blick auf den Yachthafen ⛵
Es war wunderbar nach einem Spaziergang bei Sturm und Regen in diese wunderbare Wohnung zurückzukehren. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Der ungestörte Blick auf den Yachthafen und die Stadtnähe Unterkunft sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ein Tipp: ein Besuch der Theaterwerft in der Museumswerft (7 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt) !

Entspannte Tage im März
Gemeinsam mit meiner Schwester verbrachte ich drei wunderbar entspannte Tage in Greifswald. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft ausgestattet, lichtdurchflutete und mit einem direkten Blich auf den Yachthafen. Die Altstadt ist entspannt fußläufig zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt auch ohne Auto sehr gut ermöglicht. Einen besonderen Dank senden wir an unsere Vermieterin, alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
