This spacious apartment is perfect for families or small groups, featuring a cozy living/dining area with a TV and comfortable seating. The ground-floor bedroom offers two single beds, and the stylish bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.  
  
Nestled on the edge of the charming artist's village of Groede, this delightful holiday apartment offers a peaceful retreat just 2.5 km from the beach. Surrounded by scenic polders and a tranquil environment, you can enjoy leisurely walks or cycling trips along the coastline or through picturesque countryside paths. The vibrant towns of Breskens, Oostburg, and Sluis are nearby, and day trips to Belgian seaside resorts or cultural cities like Ghent and Bruges are easily accessible.  
  
Upstairs, a mezzanine provides additional sleeping space with three single beds. Outside, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Children will love the nearby mini-camping facilities, including a sandbox, play equipment, and bicycles. With floor heating and air conditioning, you'll enjoy year-round comfort in this ideal holiday destination.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.
