Best condo ever!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed at!( and we travel a lot)The views were majestic!The power recliners were perfect! Condos never have very good seating, but these chairs, by the floor to ceiling windows!!!! Wow!!Kitchen made cooking in a treat and a full size washer and dryer was very nice.Beds with memory foam toppers, so if need a firm mattress may not be exactly perfect, but, that’s not a negative, just an observation.Did bring a few extra towels and washcloths from a previous review suggestion, and was glad we did. But, again, not a negative. We always need a few extra bc at beach lots of showers.Deep, jetted tub in master, was gorgeous, and plenty of very hot water for all!( also, something you don’t get at every rental)Parking is a bit tight, for bigger vehicles, glad we had a rental and not our Yukon. Plenty of spaces, but definitely snug!We want to book this one now, for next year!!!

Amazing view with great location

The location & view were wonderful. The condo was large with plenty of space for our group of 5 to spread out or hang together whichever we wanted.

Nice Condo with balcony views from every bedroom

First beach trip for my son was wonderful. Balcony access from all 3 bedrooms with amazing views. Very relaxing. Nice to have a washer and dryer so we we're able to pack light. Only complaints would be that the building appeared to be under construction in some parts. Beach access was cut off due to maintainance on the outdoor pool. Therefore we couldn't use the pool and had to walk around through the beach entrance of the adjacent complex. Also, we had several crews of servicemen in and out of our unit on one of our 5 days there, which was a little awkward and inconvenient. For some reason the code to the lock keypad stopped working but was fixed with a simple phone call within 20 minutes. When I had questions or concerns, the Turnkey property management team was quick to respond and make it right whether by phone or text. I would stay here again and recommend to others, but would probably wait until the maintainance on the building is fully complete.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. the only issues we had were with other guests in the hotel throwing things at people in the pool below which caused security to close the pool, extremely loud music and other tenants smoking illegal substances from balconies which made it hard to sit outside with our kids and enjoy the balcony.

Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach. From the reservation process to the check out process everything went smoothly. The management company was easy to deal with and quick to respond. The condo was very nicely decorated and well equipped for our stay. The view was amazing! The condo had comfortable furniture and plenty of room for our family. Rain or shine it is a perfect place to enjoy time at the ocean.

Stay at Island Tower

This does not need to be published, just wanting to provide feedback. The view and the accommodations were very good. There were only two car passes for a three bedroom condo, which meant one of our couples had to park somewhere else for fear of being towed. I asked for another pass and was told only two are allowed and someone would have to park somewhere else in order to avoid being towed. This was not acceptable to me as there were clearly parking that never got used. There were two elevators and one of those was completely down for our entire 6 day stay. The only working elevator went down on Tuesday which meant if you needed to leave the condo, you would have to take the stairs....we were on the 19th floor. That elevator was down till at least 5 o’clock. We had to walk the stairs several times that day. Other guests were complaining about this as well as the other elevator being down all week. Several lights were out and I could not find any replacement bulbs...shouldn’t these be checked when cleaning the condo? The one over the tub in the master bath was out when we got there. There is an outlet in the guest room with bathroom that does not work. Also, the fridge does not feel as though it is holding temperature. The freezer is fine, just the temp in the fridge. Thank you for your time, hopefully these things can be corrected for the next guests.

Wonderful stay.

This is our second year staying at the Island Tower. We love that it’s close enough to walk to everything and the section of the beach isn’t crowded. The unit was clean and perfect.

Great condo for families with older teens

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We enjoyed the location and overall layout of the unit. Unfortunately construction on the floors above us made the stay quite noisy and not as relaxing as we anticipated. Only two elevators in this tower and one was broken the whole week of our stay so sometimes it was a long wait for a ride to the 19th floor.

Whites Sands of Orange Beach

You simply can’t beat the white sand beauty of Orange Beach, AL. The Palms was an amazing location with literally everything you could want in a vacation property. Would absolutely return!!!

Deserted by Turn-Key

The property was fine when we got there. Prior to and after the Hurricane for assistance and each time we were told we would be contacted by their "Home/Local Team" and we never were. Still waiting for a phone call. We stayed the last three days without water or power (no toilet flushes) and had to walk down 19 flights of stairs to get water from the pool. We could not leave due to flooding and damage.

Beautiful and Convenient!

The condo was very nice! Very very clean! The condo had beautiful views and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The condo had amenities such as beach chairs so we didnt have to go buy them. The only negative was parking-if you have a truck the spaces are very tight. Thats the only negative but overall a great experience. The property management company was very attentive and responsive.

Gulf shores stay

This location was really nice. It is a great view. The only issue I had was the Neighbor they kept calling complaining about noise. I have a 3 year old and we kept getting interrupted because they heard noise. So I tested it. I let my husband stay with him while he continued to enjoy himself with game night, while I stepped outside to see if I could hear and I couldn’t. It was not late because his bedtime is 8pm. But other then that it was great. O also I wish they provided at least the essential seasoning, you have to buy everything. But I definitely would like to book again.

Girls Trip

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, Liquor store, Dollar store, The Hangout, Live Music. My daughter, a few friends and I went down before college started. Had a great time. Was a wonderful place to stay.

Property is in a good location (walking distance to many shops, restaurants & beachfront)! The carpets in bedrooms are worn & some stains, there was hair in a couple of decorative pillows & extra blankets didn’t look clean ( we didn’t use them).

Snowbird

Condo has beautiful views. Master bedroom carpet in need of replacement. Parking is not good....very close and hard to get into spaces. Dishwasher old...needs replacement...never dried dishes and took 2 hours to clean. Refrigerator kicked out ice cubes once and awhile...would fall on floor and melt. Tile floors be came slippery..my wife fell and broke her knee cap..Beds not comfortable...way to soft. No dead bolt on entrance door. But in all very nice condo.
