"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great. The surrounding property area was not well kept. My room faces the wooded area which was unkept. The outside patio area was dirty. The hallways and elevator smelled of smoke and mold. The rooms are a bit outdated for the price. "

"We loved staying at this house! It was the best stocked house we have ever rented! We love to cook and we planned to bring most of our supplies with us from home because rental houses usually have just the minimum. This kitchen was equipped with spices, pots, pans, and more than enough supplies for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved walking down to the water and using the kayaks and water mat. There is plenty of seating and the bedrooms were the perfect fit for our group. Edita is very quick with communication and very helpful with ideas for things to do in the area. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this location!"

"It's very nice and clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, breacfast was good and very good coffee, that actually you can have all day long what is rare. The staff was nice. If you plan to stay in Seneca I recommend this hotel."

"The house was very clean, organized a great space for 4 adults. The area is very quiet and secluded. The dock was great, the water was clear and nice. The guys didn’t have much luck catching fish but they sure enjoyed trying around the dock and out on the boat. We had a great time and would definitely go back!!"
