“Very clean with various stay over amenities. It was mentioned prior to our stay that the circular staircase was steep and narrow, it was, so only I went up to the loft, carefully. For younger people it would be okay. Other than the steep property and stairs it was very comfortable though a bit off the beaten path for an overnight stay traveling south over a period of days.”

“When I have to come to Livonia Georgia, this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We love it there.”

“The bathroom was nothing like the picture. It had mold and the shower drain was very slow. The floors were not clean and needed to be mopped.”

“clean rooms strong shower with hot water.”

“This by far was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have got pictures. It is terrible. Rat boxes everywhere. I seen a rat running around outside. Paint peeling from the roof. Doesn’t even need to be open half the rooms I don’t even think are working people living there? I should get my money back because this place was so bad metal is coming out the side of the mattress ironing board was all rusty. It was just disgusting never ever ever. This should not be rented out. nobody in the office……

“Nice, quiet place. 2nd time staying here in a month. Staff is friendly and helpful.”
