We loved the spacious King suite room. So clean and comfy. The bed and sheets were amazing. We also appreciated the in room Kerug machine with a variety of coffee and teas to choose from. Staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. We stayed two nights and really loved all the choices for breakfast. My fiancé loved the coffee machines in lobby where you brew you own from fresh beans. Outstanding. Will stay again when we visit next.

The room stayed hot and muggy feeling. The bathtub had hair. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper. The elevator situation was horrible. We waited 15 minutes to come down. We stayed for a dance competition at the convention center so we had heavy luggage, going down the stairs would have been horrible.
