“The place was very clean and very cute! Perfect for what I needed and in a great location. There were some issues getting in initially but it wasn’t the host’s fault. She was super helpful and responsive. Only thing that wasn’t provided were utensils and a hair dryer. But definitely manageable without those. Still a great weekend! Would definitely book again!”

“What a great find! Our family stayed here for eclipse weekend. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. Perfect for us with our 3yo and our dog. He loved the extra space we don’t have in suburbia. It wasn’t yet lake ‘season,’ but I can certainly see the appeal. Beautiful setting and village. We extended our stay an extra night and our hosts were amazing and over the top in accommodating us. Would definitely return to stay again!”

The desk in the living room is a great addition for those who need to get work done while on vacation. “My husband and I were thrilled with our visit to the Modern Studio in Ballston Spa. The in-person facilities were even more lovely than the pictures, with many thoughtful, extra touches that made the setting special and comfortable. We were conveniently located, allowing us to enjoy the in-town festivities as well as the beautiful, peaceful countryside. Parking was super convenient and is located in the perfect location downtown near all the restaurants, coffee shops and stores that downtown Saratoga has to offer. “All the amenities just shy of Lake George village! Short drive to Warrensburg north or Queensbury south. Lovely outdoor area as described albeit open to view/noise of public road (Rte 9). Enjoyed the use of the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill, the sauna, and the little creekside area down below. Perfect spot for an afternoon siesta or snack! “We are four women who travel together once or twice a year and this year we chose Saratoga. This unit was perfect for us: plenty of room; very clean; conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We all were very happy here. Parking is a little challenging but there is 24 hour parking about 2 blocks away. Also, figuring out the light switches was an activity 😋. Hilary, our host, was easily accessible. We would recommend this place to anyone.”

“We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.”

It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated.
