Mixed up check-in. Our handicap room wasn’t available as booked, and it took half an hour for the clerk to get approval to change us to a different handicap room at same price.

The rooms were very nice. The hotel overall was quiet and clean

We have been staying at the Equinox for over 35 yrs. Love the whole scene and vibe. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the big real wood fireplace.

Nicely appointed clean and quiet room . The restaurant at the hotel was quite good and service was wonderful.

It was cold and snowy and we had our dogs with us. so we were glad to get off the highway and get a room. Bed was comfortable but there were stains on the comforter. Parking was convenient, well-lit, and safe. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. But the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone had wrapped the smoke alarm in a plastic bag. The faucet in the bathroom was not fully attached to the sink. The water fountain in the main building did not operate. The clerk in the lobby was very kind and she provided us with drinking water. The property is undergoing remodeling, so I expect that a lot of the issues we observed will be corrected as construction is completed.
