"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member, an older lady who cleaned my room. She was always cheerful, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. As an adoptee visiting my homeland, this trip has been deeply emotional, and her warmth and sincerity brought me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will not forget. Although I didn’t get the chance to learn her name, I am deeply thankful for her genuine kindness and the positive impact she had on my stay. "

"In an ideal location close to Haeundae beach and the city. The hotel also runs a bath house in the building, to which you have free access to. Just ask the front desk for tickets and bring soap, shampoo and other toiletries. The front also sells these items for 1000won. At the locker room, you put your shoes in the shoe locker, take the key to the bigger lockers where you’ll use it to unlock one with the same number as the shoe locker. There are 4 tubs with varying temperatures ranging from cold to warm and to hot. There are also two saunas, one at medium heat and the other so hot I couldn’t even sit down.
