This was my second time staying here, and I was very happy this time. The young lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location, near the train station, many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the lake. I would stay here again.

The staff is exceptional! Shout out to Daniella for being so nice and helpful. The included breakfast was small but very good quality. The restaurant is very good. Do not hesitate to eat here.

We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm

Self check in was fine, however there was only a phone number to contact, never saw any staff in the hotel except for one when walking past at breakfast. Stayed Saturday & Sunday night, and hardly slept both nights. Saturday, a restaurant next door had music playing until midnight which was fine, ...
