What a lovely hotel in a precious town. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in so wonderful respite from a long train journey. The staff was very warm and kind.

It was perfect for a one night stay after arriving by train. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. After a bit of relaxation, I ventured into the bar and was greeted by Juan. He was such a wonderful young man. He shared information on the area and was perfect in his timing of drink pouring. I also dined at the restaurant inside of the hotel. I had a fun and lovely server. She explained and guided me on the local cuisine. I would stay again on my next trip!

My stay was exactly what I needed after a long train ride from Geneva. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, my room was exceptionally clean and orderly, and the hotel dinner was excellent! The location was perfect too!

Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station.
