The room was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us restore tv reception. Location was quiet, and within walking distance to Hamilton center. Unit was very clean and tidy and updated nicely, but the beds were very hard and I was awoken by the people in the unit next door arguing at 1.30am. Everything operated as it should, staff were freindly and the room looked okay from outside. The room however needed dragging out of the 80,s. I suspect there is no need to renovate due to the motels position near to major sporting arenas.
