We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Despite being on the main road the room was pretty quiet and was nice and comfy with new fit out etc.

Location was good. Bathroom was upgraded. However there were only 2 towels (for a room that slept three). There were only 3 very soft pillows in total on the two beds - this made it hard for watch tv while on/in the bed and the desk chairs were not comfortable too sit on (nor was there room unless you sat on the right in front of the tv). Overall, I’d stay there again - good price considering.

Excellent value near to supermarkets. Excllent cleanliness in a newly refurbished room. They require a refundable deposit of $200 at checking that might speak to some guests but no complaints from me.
