All new paint, floors, bathrooms, deck etc.... There are a variety of activities to see and do in Surf City, Topsail Beach, Wilmington, Jacksonville, and Camp Lejeune. Our location offers access to a public boat launch 4 miles away. The property has a boat wash down station and plenty of room to park your boat or small RV.
