“Home is in a prime location on the beach. Spectacular sunrise & sunset colors were enjoyed. Driveway sized amply for minivan or truck.Garage was used for our minivan. Outstanding elevator, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Lovely kitchen and large refrigerator. Laundry room also appreciated.”

“This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. ”

“Property is in a great spot in the island right on the beach. The houses connection via the upper balcony proved to be fabulous for our family with the kids easily going back and forth. Very well appointed w beach toys and chairs. Owner was spot on with recommendations. House A is updated while House B still needs to be but is super comfortable. This is a well managed great find for big families. Loved our week!”

“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“Great beach house right on the water. The layout was nice and the location was great. Exactly what you need for a relaxing beach vacation.The only downside to the house is that the kitchen is not very well supplied. If you have more than a few people, you will need paper plates...Otherwise everything was great. ”
