My top recommendation hotel is here if you want visit Harbin while expects very good quality. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024\. Front desk manager Andy was super nice, helpful and informative, recommended lots of good restaurants and site-seeing places. Head Chief Emily and Restaurant manager Sunny were very caring, and looked after all our needs; restaurant intern Mary and Javis were working very hard and always with smiles. House keeping Yuanyuan Liang did great job in cleaning our rooms. We appreciate all their care and attention.
