Very old and outdated. When arrived we didn't even think it was open. Booked a King Suite but was a Queen. Run down property. No water for coffee in rooms. Expected a breakfast as per website but office was still closed at 9:30 am. Unfortunately not worth the 288 we paid. Very disappointed. We tried calling for days prior but never an answer.

Pretty property close to Bala our room was very pretty ,heavenly beds ,beautifully designed. I will come back,

A nice place to stay at however too many rules and restrictions. Hey Mr Supervisor people can take a day or two off work to rest at this cottage so be considered and stop making up rules such as no fire to vibe made and no one can go kayaking due to the heat !! It's ridiculous to think that you can control everything! We have stayed there twice and each time our vacation is ruined by either no fire or no kayaking which defeats the whole purpose of a vacation . We didn't want to go all the way there just to stay indoors o

What an amazing stay ! Lawrence at the front desk is fantastic and we will remember him every time we talk about Windermere. Heather at the Breakfast is so friendly and polite! Jacob is nice . Loved breakfast buffet , pool and hot tub ! Overall room is clean but there are areas of improvement .Yet , this won’t shadow our positive experience.

Beau site et superbe vue! Les installations manquent un peu d’amour. Le staff est au minimum et cela se voit. Il pourrait y avoir plus de temps alloué à l’entretien du site et des condos. Cuisine et douche sans escalier chaude pour la durée du séjour. Aucune excuse ou autre proposition!
