My main complaint remains the toiletries—shampoo, body wash, and hand soap seem to be the same product, which dried out my hair. I ended up buying shampoo from the nearby supermarket.

"We stayed at Jin Hotel while visiting my dad at Hefei University, just a two-minute walk away. The location was great, with a nearby mall (partially vacant but with a handy supermarket) and a convenience store below the hotel for daily essentials.

"Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours.
No food close by.
Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours.
Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items.
Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst.
Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city.

"I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Any small issues that did arise were handled immediately. The food whether in the restaurant, buffet, or room service were all very good. I will be back to stay at your hotel again."
