Welcome to our beautifully remodeled and updated home, designed to offer the perfect retreat for your group of friends or family.

The main level features a welcoming living room with a cozy fireplace, ideal for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has been modernized with new full-size appliances and elegant granite countertops. It's stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. A convenient half bath is also located on this level, along with a covered balcony equipped with a full-size gas grill, perfect for outdoor cooking.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious king bedroom that serves as a luxurious retreat. The master bath boasts double sinks and an oversized shower for added comfort. Additionally, this level offers access to a private deck where you can unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed and a full private bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Venture downstairs to discover another spacious room with a queen bed, private bath, and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The lower level also features a private covered patio, offering a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy any season of your visit. Wind down with a glass of wine after a fun-filled day exploring the lively town of Helen, GA.

The Lazy Bear is a great place to stay. It is about a 1 mile easy walk to downtown Helen. The house is well maintained, clean and in a quiet area of town.

Great place for family

I planned this family reunion w/my brother, his wife, my brother's daughter & her son and my life partner. Each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom. The location was great - close to Main Street and it was quiet. The condo was spacious - there was definitely enough room for all of us. Everything was clean.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed the stay at this condo, very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms so there was no fighting on who took a shower first. We will totally be coming back.

We loved it! Price was great. Very clean, cozy and close to everything. We use to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but due to their Summer prices getting outrageous. Glad we did and found The Lazy Bear! We look forward to next year!

Very nice home

Loved it. Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Just a word of caution, there are a lot of stairs.

Great Place

We so enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear when we arrived the unit was ready and so welcoming. Everything was so clean and smelt wonderful. The location was great and quiet and an easy drive into town for all the events happening during Octoberfest. The house is completely stocked with everything you’ll need. The beds all slept amazing and the tvs worked perfect too along with our internet. We will definitely recommend this unit to family and friends. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay.

We all enjoyed the townhome greatly. The only thing the basement bedroom needs some shelves by shower and a step stool for the bed. Carpet makes it look like a basement though. We did notice the sofa was not swept underneath when we has to locate something that fell. The view and multiple patios were awesome plus Wi-Fi totally worked and decor spot on. We would definitely stay here again!
