“It was a pleasant and quiet place to stay with our dog. The accommodation was small yet as advertised. The outdoor common kitchen area needed some improvements -eg- there was no running water in the sink. ”

“The recently renovated rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Great view over the water. Location was conveniently close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff person Laura was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast included, but the breakfast options were limited and identical each day. We enjoyed the pool but were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful views of Discovery Passage from the front rooms. Rooms were huge, more than enough space for a family of 3. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Only slight criticism was the random per night charge for the child’s bed which we assumed would be included given we booked for the family but that was resolved swiftly. Ample parking. Probably a little far to be considered walking distance in to Campbell River but still a great location. ”

“This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area”

“Incredible location and well designed property. It had everything you could imagine in the kitchen making it very easy to cook and hang out. The beds were very confortuand I liked the wood theme throughout, showing in the kitchen table, the bed backboards and even the shelving in the bathroom. The outdoor beach area was very cozy, although we spent most of our time on our patio looking out at the ocean. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”
