We reserved our room five months in advance and they gave our room away the front deck had are confirmation number but they said they had no room for us They gave us a room that was for like conference room with lots of chairs and tables 2 king-size beds that where stain looked like blood stain and are towels had a blood stain too so if we could rate it we would put no stars the out side the place looked bad garage over filling with beer bolts and cans and are last night we where there had someone trying to get in are room and there was no microwave people smoking weed in there rooms I highly recommend not to stay at this place

Expidia canceled my room without even letting me know. the front desk was the one who told me that my room had been cancelled By Expidia. good thing theres more motels avalable never recommending Expidia to any one.

non-existent staff, bedding was not changed, microwave so small that a paper plate wouldn't fit in it. Room was not cleaned during my four night stay.

Very basic hotel

This place was out of all supplies for the room, except toilet paper. No coffee maker, but coffee and cups were in the room.

The bathroom was very old tub and stained. We needed a cart to carry our luggage. we were given a laundry room cart. We asked for another blanket, was told to turn up the heat. the hotel gave a down filled blanket that was stained. Dont get me started on the bed. it wasnt a traditional mattress, i think it was foam. ugh!!!!

Never again…

This place is the absolute worst. Stained bedding and mattresses, unclean carpet (picked up garbage from the floor as we entered!) and bathroom vanity had someone’s whiskers by the disposable cups. We’d made reservations online, and we had to cancel them and book through them because they weren’t able to access them. No breakfast, even though advertising it was included on their website. Our keys stopped working, and nobody was in the hotel at 7:30 AM to reissue keys. I’m pretty sure someone is supposed to be on hand 24/7 for liability reasons.

We arrived to check in only to find out our reservation was cancelled a month prior with no notification. The friend’s we traveled with experienced the same issue. We were told Expedia overbooked them. So here we were, 4 adults and 3 children left stranded at 9:30 pm. We were very disappointed. Expedia had no notification of the cancellation or overbooking.

DIDNT HAVE WORKING CABLE. HEAT VERY HARD TO REGULATE. NOTHING OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST. NO BAG LUNCH LIJE OTHER HOTELS. NO FRONT DESK STAFF HAD TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. NO ONE ANSWERED AT CHECKOUT

Try to find a different place

I wouldn't have stayed here, but all hotels were filled early that afternoon due to fall colors in full bloom. We had speedy ck-in. The room had a musty smell. Dust was on the furniture. No enough cups for water and coffee. The lamps were woren out with cuts and patches, stains. The top sheet was so thin you could see through it. The tub had hair in it. Not enough wash cloths and hand towels per rm. It advertised breakfast, but gave none. Having coffee to serve in the morning would have been a nice touch. It was OK for a night, but I will try to never go back. The price was around $100/night.

It was very cold that weekend we were there and the halls in the motel were also very cold. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings. We ended up going out for breakfast else where.

We had to request to get towels in our room. Floor and bathroom were dirty. Will not be staying here ever again.

Staff friendly and efficient. No smoking room reeked of old smoke and we were immediately given another room and an apology. Quiet room. Accomodations basic but no blankets for beds; one coffee cup and one small waste basket. Microwave and fridge was nice and TV had tons of channels. Breakfast was kind of sparse and food running out 1 hour before end of service. All in all reasonable as expected.
