"The farmhouse is clean, comfortable, has modern updates to a rustic house. The owner/host was very pleasant and unobtrusive. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful space right on Main street in Downtown Warwick. Everything is new and clean. The bed couldn't be any more comfy, and the shower is worth the price of admission ! There's plenty to do in the area & this makes a perfect home base to do it from. The whole transaction was hassle free & we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. If you book this one, you really won't regret it."

"The owner was very responsive and kind. The apartment was very clean and well updated. We are older adults and the access to the basement apartment was a bit of a challenge but the owner did graciously help with our luggage. The family does clearly disclose that they live above the unit and sounds of children may be heard. Between the sounds of the family above and the fact it’s a basement, not a “Loft”, with all the plumbing just above your head - it was not for us. "

"We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient."

"We love staying here. Everybody was friendly, well-maintained property the condo owner was also available to answer all our questions. "

"The area was perfect. The place was very clean. The only hang up is the beds were extremely small. They advertise the couch as a pull out couch. It was not. Not only that you could not sleep on it, it was very uncomfortable to sit on it. Other than that, it was a well kept place. 20 minutes to Harlem (Manhattan). 35 minutes to 34 street )without traffics of course). "

"This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs please never stay here we waited outside for over a day waiting for Vrbo critical team to repond and still no respond "

"We received excellent instructions about arrival and were pleased to find a small, but fully equipped, and very comfortable studio apartment. Plenty of room, cold refrigerator, comfy bed, and a great television for viewing the Kentucky Derby. We had a wonderful weekend."

"Staying at Bee's is such a treat. It's in a beautiful spot, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. I was there for Easter and she and her husband even brought a box of chocolates for me. They are are kind, gracious hosts and I look forward to staying there again."

"Couldn't ask for a better spot while in town visiting family and friends. Close to restaurants, shops, etc... We plan to visit again."

"Convenient and Friendly, But Bring Earplugs Sonesta Simply Suites is a great choice for its excellent location, with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The staff were consistently very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The only significant downside is the proximity to the railway. Train horns sounding at midnight can be disruptive to your sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is an important factor to consider. Despite this, the overall value and service were positive."
