Stylish, sunny, and just steps from the beach! This beautifully renovated villa features ocean views from the balcony, a sleek granite kitchen, and all-new furnishings. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a fold-out sleeper in the living room, and cozy bunks for small children in the hall. Enjoy smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, shops, and dining. Beach chairs and 2 bikes included for the perfect island escape!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The location can’t be beat! The villa is steps to the beach, shopping, dining, & on-site pool. The condo is cozy, clean & well equipped. The owners are very responsive to messages. We had a wonderful stay!

Cozy Anniversary Getaway

The property had everything we needed. We were able to tour the entire island on the 2 bicycles provided. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a wonderful way to start each day.

July 4th Family Vacation

My family had a great time at the Flip Flop Paradise for a family vacation during the July 4th week. We chose this accommodation because of its price point and walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend it to others for these very same reasons!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Pool was small for the number of units in the building, but the beach was right there and beautiful. You're walking/biking distance to Coligny plaza, too.

Hilton Head Gem

Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Seaside Villa vacation

We had a great stay. Perfect size for a couple. Very nice deck / furniture with view of the ocean. All the appliances and amenities we needed including nice hotel-type thoughtful touches. Appreciated the bikes / beach chairs so we did not have to bring them. Hosts anticipated our needs and checked how we were doing. Highly recommend.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

First time at Hilton Head and glad I check out this place! It is walking distance at the beach and close by to many shops. I enjoy my stay that despite the rain, I stay one more extra day! The host was very nice and communicated very well. Highly recommended.

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to beach, bike path, and restaurants. My only suggestion was to get a floor lamp to put by chair for people who like to read in the evening.

We enjoyed the unit and the bikes on a nice fall weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is limited and cookware wasn’t great, but good enough to make it work. Awesome location, the bikes might have been a little rusty but work on the beach.

Great little condo

I booked this place for a girls trip, my closest friend, and I. It was exactly as advertised. Small but great view of the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how close it was to the beach and how convenient it was to restaurants and other activities. Would highly recommend it but it is small. Perfect for a couple or in our case two friends one who is willing to sleep on the sofa bed.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT!! Bring a fan with you because the bedroom could get a little warm at night. We put the fan in the hallway to blow the AC into the room and solved that problem. Word to management if you could supply a fan for this purpose that would help those out who don’t bring one. This property is in the perfect location. Has a gorgeous view from the patio.. All in all a great place to stay.
