Disappointed there was not even a salt shaker there or extra garbage bags. Also in the laundry room there was a note about there being coolers and beach chairs and there were none.

Beach Condo

The location was great- a 10 min walk to the beach. The floors were a bit sandy on arrival- management took care of it the next morning. There were a few general maintenance issues (clogged drains, lights, etc), which we reported at check out.

Great house. Great location

House was very clean and exactly as described. Good sized kitchen w/Keurig, tea kettle, dishes and basic cooking utensils. Big table and family gathering space with books and games Nice deck overlooking lagoon and wildlife. Pool was a short walk down a spiral staircase & behind a couple of buildings. Gate across from unit lead out of the complex with Low Country Park just across the road and beach a short walk. Trolley stop on corner. Some beach towels, coolers and chairs for guest use in laundry room.

Bad communication on VRBO

You sent an email that each room had a tv, so me and wife took the room with no tv. Vacasa tried to get us a tv but they couldnt. Five days no tv I had to here that every night from my wife because she sleep with the tv on

Great Stay

Kitchen was stocked. Very clean upon arrival. Super easy check-in and check-out. Much roomier than appears in photos. Twin bed in upstairs bedroom was not comfortable unfortunately. Plenty of bath towels supplied which was very nice. Short drive to beach and walking distance to shops. Overall really did love the condo and would stay here again.

Quiet location very close to the beach

Pictures match the condo perfectly. Location was great. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom vents had mold/rust, light fixtures had spider webs between them in the 2 bed room. Spacious rooms, plenty of space for the 3 of us with each of us having our own room. Plenty of closet/drawer storage for items in the bedrooms and kitchen. Very end of the units, little hard to locate when arriving at night. Only downside is not being able to locate a gate pass that's needed to leave and enter the premises and after contacting Vacasa still did not get response or copy of it so we had to drive all around just to leave or explore.

Family July 4th trip

Great villa with lots of room for the six of us. Love the decor, so airy and bright! Everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Getting to the complex pool is only possible down scary spiral staircase. The beach is relatively close, but too crowded!

WONDERFUL Stay!

Sadly we had terrible weather during our trip but that only made us appreciate these wonderful accommodations even more! Comfortable beds, cozy vibe, all the little things made our girls trip special! Will be back! I have four kids and this would even be the perfect spot for my family to stay too!

Labor Weekend get away

This is a great property. Plenty of room for 7 of us. The kitchen is one of the best stocked rental kitchens I’ve seen, made Sunday morning brunch go so much easier. Great location for shopping, dining and the beach. All just a short bike or car ride. Not really walkable for my older parents. The unit is also a second floor unit which was not mentioned in the description when booking. Overall a great place and would rent again.

Lovely Condo in great location

I admit I really enjoyed my stay here and the condo is very nice. There are some things that I would have appreciated to know beforehand. Pros: There are a lot of upgrades on the first floor with the appliances and bathroom. The bed on the first floor was very comfortable as well as the one directly facing the steps. (the other bedroom was just not used) I love that you can adjust the thermostat and that there are ceiling fans all over the house even in the Kitchen. The kitchen did have the basics like pots, pans and silverware and they provided a personal bottle of dish detergent as well as pods for the dishwasher and the laundry, There were plenty of towels in the home and a washer and dryer as well. Plenty of space to sit for eating and entertaining if you had a larger crowd. I did not have any issues with neighbors who complained about noise or anything (which from other reviews I was worried about). Cons: The floor appears cleaned but it was honestly just filthy. I spilled a little water from the icemaker/water combo on the fridge door and when it wiped it up the paper towel black along with socks of the children. There was no obvious stains on the floor but it was off putting to see that paper towel. The beach is not really close either. Its a bit of a walk with kids, cooler, tent, etc. There is free parking but its about 10 spaces that are right there, usually its pretty full unless you have handicap placard. And when you walk you have to cross two lanes of pretty busy traffic as well. And lastly and the most severe of my personal complaints is pool area, The pool is safe from outsiders for sure but the only way to access the pool is from your backdoor. For starters you have to go down the spiral staircase, (which is scary for me anyway) and you also have to leave the sliding glass door unlocked! I did not like that. For one the neighbors next door share patio with you there is a wall but they can easily come right on over and they share the stairs with you. Try to plan for someone to be in the condo so you can enjoy your time at the pool, as you can't see the pool from this condo. There is no way to get to the pool other than that. All my belongings were essentially unsafe. We did find a gate that lead to the pool and a resident informed us that its a service entrance and the keep fab will not let you in. All in all the area is nice and condo is too. The backdoor is my biggest complaint about the place but I did like the place overall

Thanksgiving Hilton Head trip

Clean and spacious, was perfect for our small family gathering. Location is great, close to beach, biking and grocery. Well equipped kitchen even for Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of linens, towels, soap, laundry soap etc. What I wish I knew..... it is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, so expect some stairs. Pool and hot tub at this complex were closed, so we “borrowed” the neighboring pool and hot tub (both heated). Had a good time, was just the right size for 5 adults and 1 baby.

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head this summer! This condo was perfect! It was clean and newly remodeled! We would definitely stay again!!! The only thing I was surprised about was the balcony. There is a partial wall between you and your neighbor. This is a bit odd if you are both out there at the same time.

Comfy!

Enjoyed our stay. The interior is roomy, comfortable, and well furnished. The kitchen is updated and well equipped. However, was surprised to find this is a “second floor” villa with steep stairs up to the front door. Also, the rear staircase is spiral, narrow and steep. People with mobility problems would have a difficult time navigating these stairs. Walk to beach is about 15 minutes along busy streets. The online listing is not clear on these items.
