“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have……
