Simple but spacious room, having separate areas for the toilet and bath is a bonus. Location and convenience is the number one selling point, literally right next to the street car and JR station with plenty of shopping and eating options.

The room was compact and clean. No long queues as other reviews state. The breakfast and dinner is included in the price which is fantastic for the price. Food basic and plentiful. Limited options. Overall great value for the money
