Breakfast is delicious. Porridge is recommended. I'll stay again next time! This time was my second stay, but the service was somewhat less than the last time. 1)laundry Service:last time was everyday free 2)Airport transfer; last time one way free. But totally good !

Reception staff is very friendly snd helpful. She gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast is really good they have a menu and you can pick a variety of dishes. They make all the breakfasts once you order. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Rooms were well put together. The full water cooler in the room and the bidet were very appreciated! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I love the neighborhood, especially Bel coffee next door and Birdy (a great little bar down the street). So many good food options nearby, and close to everything in D1. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Ho Chi Minh.

I stayed here for 4 nights this time. Firstly, thank you for kind assistance from hotel staffs during my staying. The room was kept on cleanliness and it was comfortable to stay. The location was convenient to access restaurants in Pham Viet Chanh area. I will stay The Bloom continuously if I visit to Saigon.

Pham Viet Chanh is a fascinating neighborhood where the charm of old Saigon meets modern aesthetics. As I walked through the area, I was struck by the stylish cafes and restaurants that line the streets. Many of these spots are run by Japanese owners, attracting a diverse mix of expats and locals alike. What makes this area special is the perfect blend of old and new. While trendy coffee shops and bars have sprung up, the neighborhood has retained its local essence. I saw old apartment buildings standing next to contemporary establishments, and street food vendors still serving delicious, authentic Vietnamese dishes. It’s this balance that gives Pham Viet Chanh its unique character—offering both a sense of nostalgia and a glimpse into the city's evolving future. Bloom is located central PVC. Very nice !

The service here was amazing, better than most 5 star hotels I've been to. The staffs were nice and courteous. Free breakfast in their rooftop lounge is a plus. The hotel is located in a walkable area of Pham Viet Chanh, highly recommended if you prefer the local experience.

“Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!” I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks during my first visit to Vietnam, and I will definitely be back! The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the lounge staff who prepared my breakfast to perfection each day, to the housekeeping team who always kept my room spotless and well-stocked with hygiene products and fresh towels, everything was taken care of. The reception team also stood out, always greeting me with a smile and assisting with the door every time I entered or exited the hotel. A special shoutout to Kim, the front desk receptionist, who truly made my first visit to Vietnam seamless. She made the check-in process a breeze, helped me arrange tours to the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River, and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions. She also provided helpful information about the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s reunification. The hotel is in a great location! The area felt safe to walk around, and there’s a wonderful coffee shop next door. Within a 3–5 minute walk, you’ll find more great cafes, Japanese restaurants, street food vendors, local eateries, bars, and even a convenience store. It’s also just a 10-minute drive from District 1, making it very convenient to explore. Overall, this hotel made my first trip to Vietnam smooth and memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, well-maintained, comfortable and clean. The bed was fantastic. For breakfast there are various choices and all that we had were delicious.

I am visiting my son, who lives in HCM. This property is a two Minute walk to his apartment, so that is why I stayed (and I’m going back at the end of my trip). It’s a very simple property. The jacuzzi on the rooftop isn’t filled. It’s somewhat annoying that you have to decide, the preceding evening, what time you want to eat breakfast the next morning - and you have to tell them what you want to eat, out of their limited options. Bizarre. However, the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s a budget friendly hotel.

I've stayed at The Bloom Pham Viet Chanh two times already. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and looked even better in real life in my opinion! Very comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you might need during a short stay. They even provided us with drinking water! Breakfast ,which is already included in the price, was from 6am to 10am. They give you different food and drink options to choose from and also have a small self service bar. The restaurant was very cozy and nicely decorated. All the staff was very welcoming, friendly and communicative. I remember specifically Phuoc and Anh were very helpful and talked in Vietnamese to our drivers for us. Usually I feel shy talking to people that I do not know but they made me feel very comfortable :) I definitely would book them again and recommend this hotel to anyone else who is visiting Saigon!
