office manager could not have been more accommodating or friendly. We had our dogs with us and he selected a room where we had no guests on either side so made our night nice and quiet. I will stay here again!
Absolutely unacceptable. This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in.
When I walked in, there were dead bugs on the floor, stains throughout the room, a brown fluid stained toilet seat, 3 cigarette burns in the comforter, damaged and filthy furniture, and a baby lizard crawling around inside the room. The chair was badly peeling and looked unsanitary, and the room overall looked like it had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being rented out.
No paying guest should be placed in a room like this. The photos speak for themselves. This was not a minor housekeeping issue — this was a serious cleanliness and maintenance problem. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless management makes major changes to how rooms are cleaned, inspected, and maintained.
Room was extremely ghetto. There were stains everywhere. Floor was dirty and bathroom needs to be updated. Toilet had severe stains inside and bathtub was dirty with hair. Bed was hard as a rock. I will not stay here even if this was the last hotel available.
I said I didn’t appreciate being ripped off $100 every time I come in there it’s my halfway point to home and I need a place to stay. I’m not paying $100 to you every time I come in there. I was running short on money I had already made my reservation and Had a hard time getting home or eating because they wanted extra money and then didn’t put it back on for four days.
The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very nice! Plus they gave me a must-see recommendation, but I wasn’t able to see it due to a reservation being needed. I got a lot of business work done while I was here. It was perfect for a one-night drive-through stay. The place is currently being upgraded as renovations are currently under way.
