This attractively furnished home offers you a pet friendly and family friendly vacation with great ocean views from the top deck. The reverse style floor plan provides ocean views throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas while the level below offers three (out of 4 bedrooms) directly on the oceanfront allowing access to the lower level deck for easy access to the beach. This spacious & comfortable home features central air/heat, 4 color cable TVs including 1 HD flat screen, DVD player, internet access-wireless, stereo/cd player, phone, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 2-car garage, enclosed outside hot/cold shower and 2 sundecks with deck furniture. Dog Friendly! Max 2 Dogs allowed; Sorry, cats not allowed This vacation home is located approximately 5.7 miles south of Surf City traffic light in quaint Topsail Beach on the south end of Topsail Island. You’ll love the feel of this coastal community! You are close to a few shops, restaurants, Jolly Roger pier and more in Topsail and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past. Trip Preparation: Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air and much more!
