Decor is rather dated. We didn't mind too much. TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Complimentary bottles of water,tea/coffee bags, biscuits replenished every day. The bedding and towels were clean, white and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, great choice. I thought it was going to be a buffet style but the cooked food was served at the table. We had a birthday meal with 2 other couples. The food was really good.The chef even came out to speak to us,which was a nice touch . Staff were very friendly and helpful

When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again.

"Our stay in the shepherds hut was brilliant. Clean, cosy, and well equipped. Being able to have a fire in the outdoor area was a bonus too. All the staff were really welcoming - special shout out to Karen on the front desk! Will return."
