Lanai:
-Nothing may be hung from the lanai railing.
-Noise should be kept to a minimum on the lanai.
Registration:
-Guests must check in with the Site Manager within 24 hours of arrival (or the next business day for weekend arrivals).
-Parking passes are required for stays longer than 24 hours and must be obtained from the Site Manager.
Amenities Usage:
-The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must shower before entering and wear appropriate swimwear.
-No food, alcohol, or glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
Smoking:
-Kona Coffee Villas is a non-smoking complex, with designated smoking areas provided.
Parking:
-Guests must park in designated guest stalls with a valid parking pass and follow all parking regulations.
Trash Disposal:
-Securely wrap all trash and use the dumpsters. Do not leave items beside the dumpsters.
