Hotel is within walking distance to the high end shopping street. Our room was small and decorated with nice colorful furnitures and wall art. It was however, too warm and our AC did not work. (outside mid 60's). We called the receptionist to have it fixed but the maintenance person couldn't troubleshoot it. They gave us a fan instead. I hope they'll fix this before the summer heat. Another thing I didn't like was our shower. While the water pressure was good, the water does not drain out as quickly as we liked, which means stepping on wet puddles for a while. Maybe that's why we're placed on the older part of the building. Our stay came with breakfast which I thought was good but not much selections. Overall, it was a nice small boutique hotel near the shopping district but definitely need some update.

We stayed in June 2022 and were absolutely delighted as our first post-pandemic holiday abroad. The hotel itself is modern and well equipped, in a quiet and very attractive location. The staff were AMAZING, so helpful so friendly and so professional. I cannot fault them in any way. The food was fantastic (well above standard for the all inclusive rate we paid). The pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Lastly the location is perfect, with a major ferry route on your doorstep we were able to get around the lakes many gorgeous locations with ease and at a reasonable price. I find it hard to fault anything (well (and this is written with a smile on my face as we found it very funny in the end), but their modern furniture often had the furniture legs pointing outwards... we must have stubbed our toes on the chairs in the room at least 3 times daily :). No seriously cannot fault much here and would highly recommend and stay again. PS thank you to Diego the masseuse, who fixed a very painful neck and allowed me to enjoy the rest of the holiday). Thank you to you all for making it an amazing stay!

Beautiful property. Front desk Staff amazing, exceptional 10/10. Hotel was far from tourist attractions and did not have a car . Taxis pretty expensive. You would want to rent a car when you are staying here.

Service staff was exceptional.

The entire staff was easy to work with and eager to help with any question or concern. The rooms themselves are beautiful and modern. We didn’t want to leave.
