Nice, Clean and Convenient small hotel

Very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to the subway station and all transportations are very close by. There are a lot of small restaurants and cafe close by.👍👍

Unfortunately I was not satisfied at all with the room . There were some plastic protections under the pillows and the mattress . Making it very uncomfortable . The mattress was very hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. The second day my room was not made when I come to the hotel at 15:00pm

Had 2 nights stay in eco tree hotel. Pretty good, clean and easy access. Only one day I found hairs in my new hand towel… would recommend if housekeeping can be more careful about this.

The room is rather small, lack of chairs, and the double bed is made of two single beds pushed together. The facilities were clean and complementary bathroom supplies were good. However, the cleaner came to do the room at rather random times, from about 11 am to 5 pm.

Location, comfortable and clean

Great location on the HK island in between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill (minutes' walk from both MTR stations and bus and tram routes). The rooms are cosy but exceptionally clean and makes good use of the space available (eg, plenty of storage space in the bathroom and the use of fold out chair/stools to maximise space). The beds are comfortable and the shower box is spacious. The reception team is helpful and Amy, the house services supervisor, is friendly and warm and does audits regularly to ensure guests' feedback on the condition and cleaniliness of the rooms are collated. Tonnes of food options nearby and the famous Victoria Park is only a few minutes' walk away (and the famous Causeway Bay is only on the other side of the park for dining and shopping). Highly recommended if you are not want to break the bank but still want a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Friendly staff upon check-in. Rooms lean toward the small side but based on price it offers good value. A single King bed is just two singles together but that's to be expected. Room I stayed in had a stuffy smell but air conditioning and humidifier/dehumidifier/purifier in the room did the trick. Bathroom is a bit small but does the job and is overall quite clean. Convenient location with supermarket across the road and a 7/11 convenience store a bit further. Tram stop outside but otherwise it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest MTR (it's literally in between two MTR stations; Fortress Hill and Tin Hau, so probably head to either one based on where you need to go). Will suggest higher levels would be more comfortable; I stayed on level 6 and had the bright sign outside the window. The blackout curtains did well but you still have a bright outline so light sleepers take note. A good property overall for a short stay; offering great value with all the essentials included and a short hop around HK island.

日本から初めての香港旅行でしたが、このホテルに泊まって本当に良かったなと思います！ 毎日部屋の清掃を行ってくださったり、部屋はカードを差し込んで室内の電気設備が使えるようになるタイプなので外出時は電気が止まってしまう仕様ですが、清掃時に代用のカードを差し込んでくださってエアコンを稼働させた状態にしてくださっていたりととても親切にしていただいたなと思います！ 香港のホテルは高くて狭いといろんな口コミに書いてあったので心配でしたが、日本のビジネスホテル（◯パホテルとか）よりも全然広くて清潔感もありました！ 生鮮市場が近くにあるので生活感がすごいですが、目の前にはスーパー、近くにはセブンイレブンやサークルケーもあり、最寄りの天后駅からは徒歩3分程度なので立地も抜群です！ 次回香港に来ることがあったら間違いなくまた利用させていただきます！

The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained. The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.
