Gorgeous Balcony Suite with incredible Views, Prime location.

My place is close to Waikiki Beach and overlooks Kapiolani park with awesome views of Diamond Head. There's local art every Sunday on the Art wall of the Zoo, Hulas bar and Lei stand is located witin the building.
We are close to all the great shopping, island transport routes, surfing, great food, and nightclubs.
You’ll love my place because of the people, the local ambiance, the neighborhood, and most importantly the location!

There's an HD TV, Wireless high speed internet and cable. The unit has a kitchen and there's a pool and deck on the ground floor.
Checkout the pics from the roof deck! This is a great place to relax and watch the sunset, changing the colors of Diamond Head as it disappears below the horizon.

Our guest host Rob lives in the building so is usually never more than a few minutes away if you have questions or need assistance.

There's a great burger place downstairs too, along with a nail salon in case you feel like pampering yourself with a Mani / Pedi after hiking Diamond Head crater (or lazying around on the golden sands of Waikiki Beach.

Cooking equipment is supplied for the 'two top' stove and of course there's a toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee supplies.

Great view!
This room was a great home base for our week in Hawaii. The view from both your private balcony and the rooftop deck are 10/10. The beach is literally a 3 min walk from this room. The bed is good enough, but nothing spectacular. The TV is a Roku tv and the coffee pot works great. The host was very responsive, and the front desk workers were always happy to help. The only bad thing is how loud this room is. You are over a bar and right on a very busy street. Do not expect any quietness and maybe even bring ear plugs. Even with the loudness, I would book again! Thank you all for a great stay!

Great little room and SO close to the beach!
This was my first solo trip and first time to Oahu. I knew I wanted a balcony and view of the ocean, plus a kitchenette and this room was perfect. I loved being in the east end of Wakiki beach and within walking distance of anything I might need. The only downside is there is a fair bit of road noise, so pack some earplugs! The sun deck was also sooooo lovely! The owner was always super responsive and helpful! I would recommend this room for a single person or couple!

Location of this property is perfect and views from the lanai are unbeatable! Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Bed was excellent and there was a good selection of comfortable chairs inside and out. The window louvres did nothing to keep out the very loud bar, partying and street noise. Suggest that a solid window pane would be a great replacement/ renovation. We enjoyed our holiday on this beautiful island very much and this is the perfect place to stay!

I loved the location. The apartment was dirty. There was hair on the walls in the shower and sand IN the bed!! I also had to track down the owner to get an email telling me how to check in. I was also incredibly loud! The windows did nothing to decrease the loud traffic noise. We eventually bought ear plugs.

Great stay for our short time in Oahu
Rental is clean, easy check in process, front desk staff are super friendly, close to everything - beach, shopping, restaurants. We only stayed for 3 nights in Oahu and our main reason was to visit Pearl Harbor. Took the bus there and back. It was about an hour bus ride but easy, cheap and convenient. Our 2nd day we walked to Diamondhead Crater from the hotel. We went first thing in the morning and then relaxed at the beach the rest of the day. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again if in Oahu. It was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Great location and great deal.
The Waikiki Grand is a great resource for those who might be on a budget...let's face it Hawaii is expensive but the views from the west facing rooms are spectacular...the location to great swimming beaches is perfect. If you like to grab a cuppa coffee and walk in the morning its perfect. For those who like a Tiki style lounge in the hotel the happy hour at Hulas is great however....try to get a room that is as high up as possible as the music will be an issue for those on the 3, 4 and 5th floors. This is a busy street so pick a room on the back side fir quieter evenings. The booker, Mark was super easy to deal with and the staff at the desk are really helpful and pleasant!

Wonderful Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views from the Lanai were spectacular. The access to parking and the condo were easy and accessible. The only issue we had was there was some confusion about the parking due to our late arrival. The security guard was very friendly however did not tell us that we needed to check in with the front desk in the morning to verify our parking and we almost lost the parking spot. This was no reflection of this property or the host just thought it would be good information to pass along if anyone arrives late and sets up parking. Parking was $25 a day and well worth it as parking was very hard to find around the property. The listing was very accurate and if you took the virtual tour you know what you get. The place was clean, bright, had everything we needed, and overall was a wonderful stay. We would stay here again I'd the host would have us!

This property was poor. The bathtub water supply worked at shower only. Freezer frozen up. Holes above air conditioner to the outside.The pull chain on the light fan was too high to reach. Bed very comfortable. Great location but needed plumbing , painting and updating. The owner was easy to reach and sent someone to give directions on TV, reset internet and get microwave to work (original outlet not working). Owner said he would give us 50 % off but has not yet.

The property was old and run down. The tub did not drain properly and many things were broken. The freezer was so frosted up you couldn't put anything in it. The view, however , was as advertised. It was beautiful

We have stayed at this location several times due to location and a fair price. This unit was lacking a few kitchen essentials, can opener and spatula especially for those who wanted to cook. A larger soup type pan would be a bonus.

Stunning Views
The location of this property is perfect for a vacation in Waikiki. Close to all that Waiiki has to offer, as well as stunning views of the ocean and Diamond head. A walk across the street, and you are taking an early morning swim in the beautiful Pacific. Another view from the condo that was special was the tree tops, covering Kapiolani Park, and the Honolulu Zoo. This was a location I will visit again!

Unbeatable Views and a Comfortable Oasis
Have visited Honolulu many times, and this condo was among the best places I have ever stayed. The location is hard to beat... at the far end of Waikiki, it's quieter - except for the exotic noises of the animals across the street at the Zoo. Very cool! The unit looks directly out at Diamond Head, and from the balcony you have a beach and water view. Hotel staff at the Waikiki Grand were sweet and helpful. I recommend paying for parking at the hotel at $18 a night... you have in/out privileges and zero hassle trying to deal with parking in Honolulu. All in all, a great stay and a good choice for singles or couples who just want a comfortable base for exploring Oahu.

The owner must replace mattress. It has no support. The prime reason for people to book a room is so that they will have a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Should inform guests of parking options in advance. We were lucky enough to purchase pass from front desk but they are limited. Very central location. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, restaurants and shops. Unit small but functional.

Great location, away from the crowds! Less than a block from the beach and right across the street from the zoo and park. Easy to get around with the bus and a lot of dinning options are within walking distance. The room itself is a bit tired and could use some light maintenance, mostly minor things but has everything you need for convenience. The ABC store on the corner has a decent supply of food and beverage choices, so you don't have to go out all the time if you want to make your own meals. You won't find more bang for your buck anywhere else in Waikiki!
